How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled). Returns for products that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.

Returns must be initiated only by the customers as we do not have pick up option.
Only when there is a defect, or the product is changed by mistake from the team, the courier charges will be given by the team (applicable only up to Rs.100).
Courier charges must be paid by the customers if the return is for any other reason except for the above mentioned.
No exchange or return on discounted products or those purchased on sale.
No returns for international customers.
Steps for Returning an Item
Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
Ensure the product is in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled).
Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. This typically takes 2 working days.
Refunds
After initiating the refund, your bank may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to process the refund. Please note that transaction charges/payment gateway charges/refund charges will be deducted from the amount you paid. Payment gateway charges range from 0.1% to 3.5% of the transaction amount, depending on the mode of transaction used.
