How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled). Returns for products that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.

Terms and Conditions

Customers are responsible for posting return couriers, as we do not offer a pickup service.
(a) If the product is defective or mistakenly changed by our team (if the mistake is on our side), we will cover the courier charges, upto a maximum of Rs.100. (b) For returns due to any other reason, customers must bear the courier charges.
No exchange or return on discounted products or those purchased on sale.
No returns / exchange possible for international customers as the delivery charges are very costly.
Please be advised that any instance of fake delivery (Delivery marked, But customer didn't receive it) must be reported within two days to ensure appropriate action. Beyond this timeframe, management cannot be help responsible.

Steps for Returning an Item

Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
Ensure the product is in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled).
Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. This typically takes 2 working days.

Refunds

After initiating the refund, your bank may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to process the refund. Please note that transaction charges/payment gateway charges/refund charges will be deducted from the amount you paid. Payment gateway charges range from 0.1% to 3.5% of the transaction amount, depending on the mode of transaction used.
