EXCHANGE POLICY
Once product is delivered, we accept an exchange of products within 3 days from date of delivery, only in case there is a significant difference in the products ordered from the products delivered like wrong colour, wrong size or damaged product (Applicable for customers who ordered one and received different one Only).
Since, we don’t have a provision to pickup the delivered products back. kindly send it back to the below address through any courier available in your region and send us the courier slip and we will pay you back the courier charges (Upto Rs. 100 Only).
Kindly make sure the Product and its Packaging should be in its original condition (should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled). Please note that all the products will be dispatched only after the size reconfirmation with the customers over call to avoid returns. If there is any issue with the size then the courier charges has to be completely taken care by the customer only.
